Marination for Veggies

1.5 Wati Besan (Tawyawar Bhajun)
1 kg dahi
Kaju paste 50 gm
Garam masala
Karuri methi powder
Chilli powder
Haldi/Turmeric powder
Mix everything well. 
Marinate you Barbeque veggies like potatoes, paneer, Capsicum, mushrooms etc for an hour or so. In case of Paneer u can wait for more time..
That's it .. setup your Barbeque, skewer the veggies and get started !
